Episode 1: "My Tribe Has Some Chill/Decent People On It"
Immunity: #Thalang Tribe
Eliminated: Andrew (sosyomomma) ~ 4 - 3 - 1
Haha awesome! This should be a good season! Robulus and me played in Spatt's Survivor and went to the end together so hopefully we can work together again so there is some info for you already. Ready for this 2nd immunity challenge but feeling secure in any situation. Have a tight 4 of Rob, Me, Danny and me and a tighter 2 inside of that with Rob so then all we need is one more for majority. Everything looks ok for now. ~ Log (log2016)
I already got Duke in my alliance and were going to make a majority of 5 or 6 the only problem is Joshua me and him have played together before and that's someone else in the alliance already I just hope that we can win immunities so we don't have to worry about it yet. ~ Richard (richardcglover)
So I'm on a good tribe right now!
I've got at least two solid allies that I know and trust right off the bat. That's Me and Log. And also Danny has asked for an alliance. So if I can get them all together, that's a solid 4 right there. We only need 1 more to control the tribe really. Or an easy first vote and we get a 4-3 majority.
But they better watch out, because this is R'TIA playing the game, not Rob. So if they piss me off, then hell will be unleashed! ~ R'Tia (robulusjgreisonne)
Im pretty excited to be casted to play in Thailand and I get to be on a pretty solid tribe to boot. If I wanna win this game I need to be smart and always have options. Im not here to make friends, I have plenty of those but I dont have enough enemies. All I see right now are enemies and I gotta somehow beat these guys in a way that they respect enough to give the win at the end. I know we got some smart people out here and sometimes that means people who aren't afraid to shake up the game. I dont think it will be about who can control the game and more about who can roll with punches when they have none. Im hoping to be that player. I want to be the good guy for as long as I can but even the cleanest fighters gotta throw one below the belt once in awhile to keep their opposition a little afraid, knowing I can play dirt if I have too.
Ive already started working my tribe, trying to form bonds with people. Early on votes should be easy as you always have people go inactive or screw up. I just gotta build up the trust indivuality and be someone people can come to in use. Im playing for me but its better to be asked favours than to be the dude asking for them. Im just pumped for this game to start. ~ Balla (Duke)
Although this challenge was DISORGANIZED and A RUSH MESS, It did bring unity amongst our tribe as ironic as that is between myself, Eccentro, Radium, and sosyomomma. Also Duke is on the hot seat amongst this group although he's been a good ally in a survivor game before in the past with me. (F2 in Zachboys survivor game which I won against him) However in the end I am playing this game to win but i think these 4 are a good start and core to do that with, as cant stand some of the OT as they are arrogant and annoying little individuals so can't wait to get rid of em if plausible! ~ Sean (Caliboy)
Argh, that last challenge was damn hard. I hope the rest of them aren't like it or this is gonna be a LOOOOOOONNNNNGGGG hard season. Luckily my tribe has some pretty chill/decent people on it so I think socially I should still be able to thrive to an extent. Of course as I'm finding out, social skills only go so far in a good game. I think it may be time to try and sharpen my physical gameplay. As for strategic, I think once I get a feel for how the game will flow I can start thriving there. Of course I'm at a semi-disadvantage not knowing very many people well in this cast soo yeah. Guess all I can do is just keep my head down somewhat while I figure out my plan of attack. Hopefully we can start winning challenges to prevent a losing skid. #KathuPride #TheOtherTribeAreBadSportsAndSoreWinners #VioletPower ~ Joshua (Eccentro)
Me, Duke, Basketball, and richardglover have a foursome alliance, and we're going to take over our tribe. Apparently the tribe is split between Andrea and Richard (MY VOTE IS FOR ANDREW), but even though me voting Andrew would make it 5-3 against us, and we need Caliboy, I vote Andrea instead of Richard, because at this point, Duke's my closest ally, and I can't risk endangering him, even if it endangers myself. ~ Daniel (DontVoteMePlease)

Episode 2: "No System For Alliances"
Immunity: #Thalang Tribe
Eliminated:
Ryan (Basketball200) ~ Quit
Richard (richardcglover) ~ 3 - 3; 3 - 1
What can I say, my first blindside was a success, and now Richard, Duke, Caliboy and myself are in control of this tribe, thanks to me covering Duke's you-know-what by convincing Caliboy to flip and save Richard. Life is good over here on Kathu, hopefully it can stay that way. I'm just a bit nervous that I'm playing Russian Roulette, because if Caliboy finds out about my lying, or Richard, who I haven't talked to and only knows Duke, decides that he doesn't care about me, then I'm screwed. ~ Daniel (DontVoteMePlease)
Ugh am I ever gonna come to a challenge I excel at? Well it's only two challenges in so maybe. *thinks* That IS nice of Me to offer to submit a score for me, but is that against the rules, and do I trust him not to deliberately do badly on my score to sabotage my tribe and help his own? *frowns* I smell a rat, and I don't mean the buggers who crawled out of the sewers last night. I mean a giant furry rat hiding on Thalang (or whatever the other tribe to Kathu is called) tribe. #QuickSomeoneGetTheBigCheeseStat #DieRatDie XD Anyways hopefully my inability to do puzzles won't screw up my tribe too horribly :( #GoKathu Well this sucks, I hope we can turn this around next challenge. But considering we've had the odds against us these last two challenges, I'm not expecting anything. #KathuPride ~ Joshua (Eccentro)
So I'm really happy with my tribe. We've done so well on the challenges so far, we won the first one which was great. Andrew got sent home and it was just so funny. He's such a sore loser and a terrible person. For him to be voted out first, well I was just over the moon. And he didn't see it coming. Amazing Blindside. I'm comfortable in my tribe right now. Like I have a solid alliance with Me, Log and Danny. A core 4, and they're connected through me. And all we need is to get one easy first vote and we have the majority in the tribe. ~ R'Tia (robulusjgreisonne)
Ugh dude we are screwed if we don't win this challenge I just hope there isn't a tribe swap cause I have a good alliance. I'm so done with this tribe we are weak and have no system for alliances I'm flipping with the other tribe as soon as possible. ~Richard (richardcglover)
Sucks we had to go to tribal council right off the bat but at least it seemed to be pretty beneficial first boot for myself. Originally richard seemed like an easy vote but ryan, daniel, n richard seemed to band against that somehow in it seemed like that was a solid choice after Andrew had already tried to star painting targets on people. I approached Sean and at first he seemed pretty against it but Daniel fed him some lie about Andrew wanting him out next which I found hilarious.
After Andrew and RyN leaving im in an okay spot. I think I have a solid 4 alliance with eccentro, radium and Sean, but I have relationships with richard and daniel I could use if I need too but I see Daniel as huge threat to myself in the long term. If im going win this game I gotta be the only predator out here so I gotta kill all the snakes, all the sharks and all those lions in this game if Im going be 100% effective n id prefer to do it before the merge. With them all gone its hunting season for a 1st place finish. Im the apex predator out here, the big bad wolf so lets start killing of these other beasts first. ~ Balla (Duke)
All due respect to the organizer but I think I can speak for all when saying the first challenge was rather poor organized. For instance, the number of pulls for each round could have been posted on the initial thread rather then being posted along the challenge. That caused confusion among us. As for this last challenge I think it was fair so I'm not joining in the choir of excuses. Sure, people have other priorities and commitments in their lives and that's understandable but as the only person doing the puzzle for my tribe I can't help but feel a little cheated that nobody else even tried. I think the reason for this is because they resent you since that first challenge, so if possible at all I'd like to see both parts making amends. I want this game to be a competition not a dispute from beginning to end. Among our talks I feel some degree of union. We can certainly rise to the challenge if we're given more appealing challenges next. Again, I think I speak a bit for all...this last challenge was rather dull. The first was reasonably exciting but poorly organized. Curious to see what the next one will be. ~ Sean (Caliboy)

Episode 3: "Tribe Swaps Are Terrible"
Immunity: #Thalang Tribe
Eliminated: Patrick (KickAss93) ~ 6 - 1
Knew it!!! Freakin knew it! I could just since it coming... Tribe swaps are terrible but I think I most definitely got the better end of the deal. Rob, Danny and me are together but Me is separated but should have no trouble staying alive. I'm thinking about talking to Jeremy more and solidifying another for us over on the new tribe but everything seems to be ok! ~ Log (log2016)
So we won another immunity challenge! Which is fantastic, and now we'll be back even 6-6 with NuKathu, despite the tribe swap essentially destroying our hard won 8-5 advantage from winning both challenges. And as usual, Eccentro had a cry and called us "arrogant" and "sore winners" Um, don't you mean "sore losers" to refer to your own tribe you tosser. But the outcome of the swap was pretty good despite losing our tribe numbers advantage. We have 4 old Thalang and only 2 old Kathu on our new tribe, and the three of us were already an alliance (Danny, Logan and myself). So all we had to do was get Jeremy to agree for Old Thalang to stick together. Besides the worst that can happen is that Jeremy votes with NuKathu to force a tie, and he's not that stupid, or that smart for that matter.Balla (Duke) also messaged me saying "let's work together and I'm glad to be on your tribe because Joshua, Ed and Sean were three and were gunning for me next". Now how much of that I actually believe, I don't know. But honestly, it's good to keep the outsiders comfortable, so they don't feel like outsiders. So I told him that I'd try and keep him safe, but our first priority is to keep the tribe winning. So he should feel comfortable after that.
I'm nervous for my ally Me over on NuKathu though. I mean she was their clear MVP for the challenge but she's oldThalang, and she got swapped away from our alliance. I think she'll be target number one, but I know she's a strong player. So I hope she can make it through the merge, and then we'll be able to link up again and have our strong alliance back together. ~ R'Tia (robulusjgreisonne)
OH COME ON! WE LOST AGAIN???? THIS IS GAY! When are we gonna win a challenge??? :( I'm gonna need a miracle at this rate to win. LETS PICK IT UP KATHU! ~ Joshua (Eccentro)

I hate tribe swaps. But again I may have got a good deal. Eccentro and Caliboy are my top w targets so of course this would be a good opportunity to take him out I just need the vote. I have Rob and pretty sure mrnorth so if I can he Radium and DontVoteme then the deal is done. So the work begins. ~ Log (log2016)
AWW YEAH! Time to sip some Pepsi and chillax like a G while Thalang sweats the vote for once :) This win feels even better though cuz I singlehandedly captured it for the tribe. The only way this is gonna get any better is if Thalang randomly gets forced into a double or triple blindside to semi-level out the number of people each tribe lost :P Any who now to start using this downtime to start pondering new allies for the new tribe :P Life's good if you're a Kathu right now :) #KathuAreTheChampions #TakeThatHaterThalangs#Vindicated #GoogleTranslateIsOnCrack ~ Joshua (Eccentro)
After a couple tribe swaps Im happy to still be in the game but I aint outta the woods yet. I have to somehow gain some footing in this tribe and I would prefer if It didnt mean me throwing a target on potential ally in sean. Im try to push unity and togetherness to me and monkey cause I have a feeling they hold the most power at this point. I think the key is to get the heat on Nash, maybe it will help me find my way in the majority on this tribe so I can make the merge n shake this game up. To win I gotta kill the threats but I still have to let them emerge a bit n the next couple votes people will try to seize control n ill be there to serve em with a smile. When the time is right I start taking them out, on the both sides. No one will be safe if I can keep safe. Not how u start, its how u finish. ~ Balla (Duke)

I need this other idol!!!! Two idols would be absolutely amazing so I want my hands on it! With them I could control this game and keep me and Rob safe for a long time!! ~ Log (log2016)
I currently have a solid bond with R'Tia, and I am trying to bring in Eccentro as an ally, who says he has Ed on his side too. Eccentro told me we're gunning for mrnorthoftheborder, which is fine with me, so long as I stay, haha. ~ Daniel (DontVoteMePlease)
Well, that was disappointing. Even with me there, that challenge was an unmitigated disaster. I don't mean to rag on the host, but seriously, does he only start thinking of these things 5 to 10 minutes before the challenge starts or something? Because the last few challenges (excluding the one challenge that Kathu won or i should say I WON so far) have been a bit rushed and not very well thought through. He should take his time and think these challenges out carefully not just throw them together. That aside, I hope the merge is nearish (like ideally one or two challenges away) so Kathu has a chance to go into the merge as winners rather than losers. More importantly, I'd like to have at least one enjoyable challenge prior to the merge since I suspect things will only be MORE chaotic and unpredictable come merge. Well here's hoping.#GoKathu ~ Joshua (Eccentro)

Well, gotta say, was NOT anticipating a THIRD tribe swap, nevermind getting to take the post of Kathu's Tribe Captain/Tribe Leader (not sure which it'd be called). But I'm NOT complaining since I got the chance to pick what I felt was the most versatile and well meshed group of castaways to hopefully propel Kathu into a long-overdue winning streak. Would be nice to let Thalang see how it feels to constantly sit at tribal for a change. :) Gotta say though, Me's nice, but at this point I only see her as a friend. Though I'm open to giving her a chance to prove herself as more. Anyways, I suppose now we just have to see if more than one Thalang will be online and if so if Kathu can finally win one or if we're headed to YET ANOTHER tribal. I don't count that challenge that Kathu ALREADY won as I won that by myself. #GoKathu ~ Joshua (Eccentro)

I just sent out messages to R'Tia, Danny, Caliboy, and Danny, in hopes that some of them will stick. I already have an alliance with Caliboy and R'Tia, so I just need two more, and for them to join up, and BOOM, I'm in control. U;ve also been considered inactive by my tribe, which works pretty well, because now I won't be seen s a threat. I may not be physically threatening, but you watch out, because my strategy will run you over! ~ Daniel (DontVoteMePlease)
Not having Me as a vote kind of sucks and is pretty scary but we have to take out the biggest threat right now for me and my alliance. Rob says he has Ed 100% so I am trusting that and going with the plan. ~ Log (log2016)
Well now things are gonna start getting more intense now that the tribes have merged. The fact that apparently at least 3 idols are currently in play is also cause for worry. Luckily there's plenty of cool people in the game to work with so I feel semi-confident in my odds going into this tribal. Hopefully my faith won't be misplaced this time. #GoTeamEccandMe #AmphoePower ~ Joshua (Eccentro)

And I will be using my immunity idol. Reason: I've become a target ever since the rainbow challenge. ~ Ed (Radium)
Well damn that didn't go so well for me. But if the next challenge is what I THINK it is I'm gonna enjoy THAT challenge a great deal :) I'm just happy I found such a chill group of people to work with. Hopefully I can win the next challenge since I would love to win at least ONE challenge this game :) Well here's to another successful tribal! ~ Joshua (Eccentro)

Well crap even after I find out I could do the challenge, my time still wasn't good enough. But seriously how can someone hold a button for six freaking hours? I wonder if Ed was honest with his score. Not begrudging him his win though because he deserves it with a time that good, but I wonder how me did it. Well at least hopefully I won't leave next, but the last two tribals have me scared. All I can do now is hope either a) I get sent to Island X b)I get an idol to use, or c)I'm not targeted if I go to tribal. I hate that my game's suddenly so much on the line #StillImmunityLess ~ Joshua (Eccentro)

My back-up vote is for Ed.
Anyway, Me gave me the idol, and I would also like to play that, as tonight is the last night o use it.
Me, Rob, and Me are in a tight alliance for the final 3, and we have been controlling this game. Sorry if you want me to go all crazy and stab them, but it's not best for my game. What makes me nervous, however, is that I haven't really seen myself making many moves, and while I believe I could beat Me, I couldn't beat Rob in a final 2 situation (which I think is going to happen). However, when I approached me for a final 2 (I tagged you), he seemed hesitant to go on board, which either means he's genuinely hesitant, which is unlikely, or he has a final 2with Rob. Could this mean Rob has been final 2ing both me and Me (weird sentence, I know xD)? I'll just have to figure out that one, and if I find out, well, then maybe now is the time to make a move. ~ Daniel (DontVoteMePlease)

Immunity: Ed (Radium)
Eliminated: Daniel (DontVoteMePlease) ~ 4 - 0
This is not my intended f3 - Daniel is one person I would have liked to be sitting next to at tribal council, but with Ed winning immunity I have no choice. I have had to play this game by the seat of my pants, and your tribal immunity challenges and twists have really impacted the way these votes have gone. Without the many tribe swaps and Island X you would be looking at a totally different F4 I think. I definately would have voted differently if immunity and Island X hadnt played such a big role in this game...... If I could only bring back one player..... would you consider bringing a player back in a Massive Twist?.......... I would give up my place for one player.......... ~ Me (me2013)

Episode 13: "Defining Moment of This Game"
Immunity: Me (me2013)
Eliminated: Ed (Radium) ~ 1 - 0
Well I haven't done many for the entire game for a reason -
I felt like I had to pretty much fend for myself. At every turn there was another obstacle..... most of them directed at me. I love a challenge, but at times it was like "why me yet again!" "what have I done to the host" and "why is he making this so much harder for me".......
The rotate and turn challenge was fun, and i actually offered to do one for Joshua as well - which i did... but then he threw it back in my face. Surprisingly another of his tribe-mates contacted me and asked for the puzzle and submitted it themselves - this may be a big shocker for Joshua!
The number picking was a disaster, as if you had told us what it was fore I certainly would have picked differently. This really shook up the players and the alliances that had formed. After being on a winning tribe with the advantage of idol clues I was thrown in with complete strangers who hated me. My old tribe turned on me and used my idol clues to find the hidden immunity idol and then lied to me about it. Then the same player showed no remorse when he copied and pasted my blog for the challenge..... and ended up winning. Don't bother to thank me for all the hard work!
BY the time I got to the immunity challenge where we swapped for the third time I was done! I was at the challenge with Rob and Joshua and was so sick of the changes that I actually chose not to play. Not to throw the challenge, but because I was mentally exhausted from having to create Yet another alliance with yet more people who didn't want me on their tribe. Everytime I got to know people the host swapped me out. It was soo frustrating. So sorry Joshua but I didn't actually throw that competition but it was a silent protest at the constant turmoil that I felt. I am glad that you took the opportunity to win it for your tribe.
More to come......................
Challenge 5 was interesting - it seemed that more people were actually around for this one... but yet again - it was flawed... most of us couldn't even see the photos so there was no point and in the end it came down to a guess...... luckily I was on the winning tribe - although I still felt like I was just and extra in a male power struggle. Even those whom I had started to build some sort of fledgling relationship with didn't stray far from original alliance lines. You could say that the lie was drawn in the sand.....
It was interesting to see that some of the other players were starting to feel a bit like me - lost in a sea of change and uncertainty.
NOW to be honest - challenge 6 was a real game changing challenge for me - this was the most fun and stress free challenge and to be honest you should probably have played this one earlier. After having a practice challenge (and twisting the hosts arm to join the fun) with Joshua which was probably a defining moment in the love/hate relationship we had.... we were able to let down some of our initial reservations with each other and come to an amicable truce. I enjoyed playing this challenge with Joshua - rather than against him! It was also good to actually get to know the host a little better as he let his air down a bit as well. Now this was also the time where ed and I started to build an amicable understanding as well.
Even though he was on the other tribe he took his loss with grace (well sort of) and Joshua and I finally notched up a win as a team. Definitely a game changing moment.
More to come.................
so challenge 7 was a bit of a backward step for our team as the mathematical challenge brought about an uneasy truce....... there was a lot of second guessing as one of us really trusted each other to get it right. The Island X twist was born at this challenge and really impacted on the way the rest of the game would play out. Especially at tribal councils.... to remove a vote and effectively give a player immunity from eviction was huge..... and this changed the game completely.
A lot of the evictions up till now were purely based on inactivity so this was a game changing moment.
I have to say that I refused to nominate someone who was a potential leader as it would put a target on their back, so did not nominate anyone for this. In saying that, I was not surprised at who was nominated. The big surprise for me was that Joshua - my biggest critic - actually picked me first. I figured it was a matter of "keep your enemies closer" so took it with a grain of salt. This again - well for me at least - was a game changing moment.
In more than one sense...............
It defined a more positive and united relationship between zjosua and I but also drove a wedge between myself and the members of my old alliance/tribe. I found that I trusted Josha more and ed and log less...... this became apparent when ed actually attempted to cheat on the blog challenge.... and in protest I actually refused to do it. He won by default. The twist really threw my game as I was not eligible to vote for anyone or be voted for - and as much as I liked being immune.... it was a disadvantage not to be able to evict someone. This is the moment where the "plan" went out the window and all hell broke loose. Game changer - I knew that there was only one opportunity to blindside Log - who had 2 immunty idols and without my vote it almost went wrong....... the one bonus - I was not a participant in the blindside as I could not vote.
The island X twwist and the appearance of idols really changed the game from this point... it was basically survival of the fittest..... or those with the numbers.
The next few evictions were out of my control as I spent a fair bit of time on Island X. There was a core group controlling the votes and it was join the majority or be on the outer......
The next few evictions really were random and shocked most. Many of these players were a shoe in for f3 before the twists and idols started pouring in.
After merge it really was every man for himself and tribal councils were all about who could get the majority to vote with them .......
I fought for certain players but with the numbers falling against me it was almost impossible so I had to make the hard decision to play the game to gain any advantage for myself. The immunity idols played a bit part in who went and who stayed, and every vote revolved around who was not safe..... so it was really anyone's game to win at this stage.
I found this rather frustrating as the people whom I thought would be in the finals were all being voted out as they were in the minority.......
I think that was the defining moment of this game....... there was no real game play towards the end as it was so random and controlled by immunity idols that no one really was safe.
The journey to f4 was really a lot of luck and scrambling on my part - with one solid alliance and everyone else really scrambling for a foot hold in the game. Ed winning the final immunity meant that there would be only one outcome, and it was the hardest decision for two of us/ Ed seemed to have an alliance with everyone and as the game went on I found myself questioning his game play and strategy more and more. If I could have chosen one player to be with me in F3 it would have been Joshua - surprising really considering we started out the game being totally at odds but he became the player that I trusted the most.
Final 3 - yes a surprise but yet not really - Ed was always going to do everything he could to be there - no matter who he took out along the way, and rob played the quiet and strategic game...... he was my first alliance, and is my last.
My ideal f3 would have been myself , Josh and Rob....... the f3 that I thought it would be was Joshua, Daniel and Rob.
I knew that if i was to have any chance at f2 I would have to win the poll so I could choose my final opponent. ~ Me (me2013)
